Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases made on Prepium are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the digital nature of our content (MCQs, mock tests, notes), access is granted immediately upon payment. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued once access has been activated.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical error prevented access (verified by our team)
- Payment was deducted but account not activated
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase to: prepiumofficial@gmail.com
3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Legal recovery action
