Prepium provides digital educational services (online access to MCQs, tests, notes, and related learning tools). We do not ship physical products for standard subscriptions.
2. Shipping of physical goods
Where Prepium ever offers a physical item (e.g. promotional material), shipping method, estimated timelines, and any applicable fees will be stated at checkout or in writing before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, our core exam-prep products are delivered digitally only.
3. Digital delivery & access
- After successful payment, subscription or purchased access is tied to your Prepium account.
- Digital access is typically available within minutes; delays may occur due to payment verification or technical issues.
- You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and secure login credentials.
- Access duration follows the plan shown on the subscription or checkout page (e.g. monthly, annual, or exam-cycle).
4. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect the platform. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
